Cost per year is worked out from each tool's own rhythm: an annual or quarterly tool is priced off its invoices, a monthly or usage-based one off its last six complete months. Anything that has stopped billing shows what it actually cost, and a figure typed in by hand always wins. Cancelled tools are left out of the totals; ones that have gone quiet still count until someone marks them cancelled. Every charge behind a number is on the Transactions tab.
